Sell within 24 months and I'll waive my listing commission.


If you purchase a home through me and decide to sell within 24 months, you'll only pay the brokerage fee.


The Client Advantage


Because I believe great client relationships shouldn't end at the closing table, all past clients receive a maximum future listing fee of 1.5%, regardless of when they decide to sell.


It's simply another way I help clients buy with confidence, protect their equity, and make smarter real estate decisions.

  • What's the catch?

    No. If you purchase a home through me and sell within 24 months, I'll waive my listing commission. The brokerage fee still applies. Currently $399

  • What if I sell after 24 months?

    The Love It or List It Guarantee expires after 24 months, but you'll still qualify for the Client Advantage and receive a maximum future listing fee of 1.5%.

  • Does the 1.5% benefit ever expire?

    No. Once you're a client, you're always a client. That said, I won't argue if you would like to pay me more.

  • What types of homes qualify?

    All residential homes purchased through Todd Walker Real Estate.
